who are a part of the church. That means there are lots of areas for
conflict. Some of that conflict can ultimately be good, and end up
drawing people more closely together; as well as sort out the direction the
church is going. But much of the conflict within churches and within the
church is the result of jealousy, ego and pride. <o:p></o:p></span></font></p>
<p class=MsoNormal style='margin-bottom:10.0pt'><font size=3
face="Times New Roman"><span style='font-size:12.0pt'>The problem is there's no
reason for jealousy, ego and pride. There's enough room for everyone, and
there's a need for all talents because God has created the church to operate
with everyone using the gifts God has given them. Paul compares the
church to a body. Even the smallest, and least thought of body part is
necessary for the body to work well. And when any part of the body is in
pain, the entire body is in pain. <br>
<br>
What this comes down to is that if we are going to be faithful to God we need
to play nicely together to get the work done that God has placed for us to do.<b><font
